The most recent edition of the National Electrical Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 70), adopted by the State of Alaska (8 AAC 70.025), is adopted by reference as the Electrical Code of the City of Soldotna, except as amended in this chapter. (Ord. 691 § 1, 1999)

Article 100 - Definitions is amended by the addition of the following definition: Authority Having Jurisdiction: When used in this code, the term Authority Having Jurisdiction shall be taken to mean the Building Official for the City of Soldotna. (Ord. 691 § 1, 1999)
