The most recent edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, adopted by the State of Alaska (8 AAC 63.010), is adopted by reference as the Plumbing Code of the City of Soldotna, except as amended in this chapter. (A) 102.1 a second paragraph is added which reads: “Where the term Administrative Authority is used in this code the Administrative Authority shall be the Building Official of the City of Soldotna or his/her designee.” (Ord. 691 § 1, 1999)
