Any person engaging in a Commercial timber harvest of less than three acres or a noncommercial timber harvests within the Coastal Zone shall obtain a Coastal Zone Approval and demonstrate compliance with the regulations of all relevant chapter of the County Code, including but not limited to the following:
a. Chapter 16.10, Geologic Hazards;
b. Chapter 16.20, Grading;
c. Chapter 16.22, Erosion Control;
d. Chapter 16.30, Riparian Corridor and Wetlands Protection;
e. Chapter 16.32, Sensitive Habitats Protection;
f. Chapter 16.34, Significant Trees Protection;
g. Chapter 16.52, Timber Harvesting Regulations.
