Section 11.14.010 Riding on sidewalks permitted.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, bicycles may be ridden on any sidewalk, provided that pedestrians shall at all times have the right-of-way and bicycles shall be ridden at such speed and with such care so as not to endanger any pedestrian. (Ord. 1748 § 1 (part), 1983.)
